Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 is a
complete presentation graphics program developed by Microsoft Corporation, USA. It is a
powerful, easy-to-use presentation graphics software program which allows you
to create professional looking electronic slide shows. It is used to present
information in an organized manner to an individual or group. Using ClipArt,
sound clips. Movie clips and many other features, you can easily create a
presentation that will impress your audience and convey your message clearly
and professionally.
A PowerPoint view is the mode in
which the Presentation appears on the screen. Each view provides you a
different look and a capability Microsoft PowerPoint has three main views: normal
views, slide sorter vies and slide show vie. You can select a view, based on
these main views. To be your default view in PowerPoint.
Normal view is the default vies for a
presentation It is the main editing view. Which you use to write and design
your presentation. It has three working areas: Tabs Area (containing the
Outline tab and the Slide tab), Slide Pane (displays the slide selected in the
slides tab in larger view) and Notes pane (the area where you can add notes
related to each slide's contents).
Slide Sorter view displays all the
slides in your presentation in small size. This view is excellent for prearranging,
copying or deleting slides as well as for changing the way slides appear on the
screen and that speed at which they appear during a visual display of the
presentation on the computer screen.
